Multi-functional pre-melting slag

Features: This product can promote the rapid diffusion of oxygen and sulfur in the molten steel into the slag, and generate low melting point compounds, react with the elements in the slag to form large particles and float up, strengthen the deoxidation and desulfurization reaction, and at the same time improve the metallurgical effect of the ladle. Its characteristics: low melting point of slag, fast slag formation and rapid desulfurization. Under normal process operation, S ≤ 0.005%; at the same time, part of P in steel can be removed, and large particle inclusions > 0.1 mm are basically eliminated. Can shorten the refining time by more than 20%. It can be used for scouring in scouring furnaces such as LF, ASED-SKF, and RH.
